Accounts Receivable & Billing
PointClickCare Accounts Receivable and Billing provides the maximum in flexibility to accommodate the most complex billing business rules. PointClickCare Billing is fully integrated with A/D/T and supports accounts receivable and billing for all payers including private pay, government agencies and insurance companies. PointClickCare Billing and Accounts Receivable is designed from the ground up to accommodate multi-site organizations. Your company will operate on a single enterprise database. Business office functions can be completed in whole or in part by head office without requiring duplication of information. And because it is web-based, no third party remote access products are required.
Census
Everything you'd expect from a fully integrated ADT / Census, without the hassle! Census produces and communicates admission, transfer and discharge documentation. As a fully integrated PointClickCare module, resident / patient demographic information flows through to all other PointClickCare Clinical, Financial and Enterprise applications. Census tracks demographics and manages all current, historical and waiting list clients quickly and easily. In addition, Census maintains a physician registry for all care professionals such as attending physicians, dentists, therapists and consultants. Seamlessly convert waiting list clients to active residents upon admission, and highly configurable Bed/Room/Unit setup as well as robust reporting allow you to keep a handle on all your resident data.
Collections
PointClickCare's Collections module, found under the Admin tab in the Gold Navigation bar, has been designed to help you more efficiently and accurately track your outstanding accounts. Generate owner-specific call lists, monitor account activity, even count how many times you've left messages. The Collections Module will decrease your DSO (Day Sales Outstanding) while helping to organize your A/R team.
Trust Accounts
In addition to powerful A/R functionality, PointClickCare also offers Trust Accounting. This module is adept at performing complete resident / patient funds management. Trust Accounts efficiently manages maintenance charges and resident / patient banking.
Enterprise Management Console (EMC)
The Enterprise Management Console is a module which allows the user to control and define corporate functionality. The module provides the ability to run enterprise wide reports, define standards across all facilities in the organization, review corporate dashboards, and implement company-wide import/export operations. Through these various functions, the EMC allows a corporate user to configure the organization, and remove the added time and effort from the facility level users. In addition, the corporate operations available makes it faster and easier to perform all month-end closing functions and reporting.
Inquiry Referral Management (IRM)
‘IRM’ is the term that we use to define the pre-admission intake process, otherwise known as Inquiry Referral Management. This process involves the management of inquiries, referrals for the inquiries, and activities entered against the inquiries. This module also involves handling vital patient information, external contact management, and account management for those contacts.
General Ledger / Accounts Payable
The PointClickCare General Ledger & Accounts Payable module is a comprehensive solution for managing vendor information, invoices, adjustments and checks, and provides reporting specific to Long Term Care. Statistical accounts allow tracking of census days that are used in your financial analysis. The GL/AP module is fully integrated with PointClickCare A/R and Billing.
