The advantage PointClickCare had over other software we looked at is that is it very user friendly even for someone with no PC experience, and provided the most reports. Since PCC is a web based program, we were initially concerned about security. What’s more, the reports are very useful. Any reports that are required for an audit is available from PointClickCare. From a billing standpoint which is my area of responsibility, I can get an individual resident’s report that shows what has been paid, what is owed, what each charge is by month or by year.
