Single implementation for the entire organization is the foundation for PointClickCare Enterprise capability.
Standards
Standards setup is simplified. Setup only needs to be done once, as standards are defined and maintained centrally. A Chart of
Accounts, for example, needs to be entered a single time for it to be available at all facilities. Standards can also be
specified at an Enterprise, Regional or Facility level.
User Access: Enterprise users have full company access capability
User logs in once and has full access to all the facilities information they are authorized to access. Role based security
provides comprehensive access privileges for Enterprise users.
Reporting
Enterprise reporting is automatic & real-time. All corporate data exists in a single database so no consolidation of data
from multiple sources is required. Enterprise / multi-site reporting is inherent in the architecture. No copying or re-keying
is required - the report is simply drawing from the single corporate database immediately.
Processes
Enterprise users have multi-site processing capability. A process can be run for a group of facilities at one time. ie.
Running a billing process for all of the facilities in an entire state or region in one single process.
Portals and Dashboards
