When you choose PointClickCare, your implementation will be led by our Subject Matter Experts, many of whom have worked on the front lines of senior care – so they understand the challenges you face each day.

Dedicated account management.

As a PointClickCare client, you will be paired with a dedicated Account Manager, whose singular objective is to ensure your success.

By gaining a deep understanding of your business priorities, they will work with you to establish a 12-month plan to maximize your utilization of PointClickCare. They will also conduct regular business reviews to measure actual utilization against your objectives and will make recommendations for improvement as needed.
