As a PointClickCare client, you will be paired with a dedicated Account Manager, whose singular objective is to ensure your success.
By gaining a deep understanding of your business priorities, they will work with you to establish a 12-month plan to maximize your utilization of PointClickCare. They will also conduct regular business reviews to measure actual usage against your objectives and will make recommendations for improvement as needed.
